		<description><![CDATA[I have found these things to be sooo very true!! I.e. Miss the root cause and miss the real solution, self defeating talk can derail getting help...  Where I miss &quot;it&quot; the most is to stop and stop and stop! Lol!  I just keep on spinning my wheels, stepping over the problems because they have been in the floor so long they just look like a part of the floor now!!!  Unfortunately it sometimes takes something catastrophic - or at least something that literally stops.me. - to make me reevaluate.  Dang it!  Why is this?  I&#039;m always looking around trying to improve &quot;things&quot;, so why don&#039;t I automatically look around inside me and try to improve what&#039;s going on inside of me???  Kind of preventive maintenance??]]></description>
